Where is Serenity on Plover?
You will find us at 6A Plover Road in Heatherlands, George, in the Western Cape on South Africa’s Garden Route.
How many suites are there?
There are five individually styled en-suite suites: one Standard Suite, three Luxury Suites and one Executive Suite. The Executive Suite has a private dressing room.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. A full English breakfast is included in your stay and is served from 07:00 to 09:00. Please discuss dietary requirements with us before arrival.
Is there an indoor swimming pool?
Yes, the guest house has an indoor swimming pool for staying guests.
Can I book online?
Please contact us for current rates and availability. Your enquiry is a request rather than a confirmed reservation; our team will confirm the details with you.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Please arrange early or late arrival in advance. Late departure is subject to arrangement and may carry an additional charge.
Are children or pets accommodated?
The guest house welcomes adult guests. Children and pets are not accommodated.
Is parking available?
Free secure parking is available on site, subject to space. A dedicated space per suite is not guaranteed. Please contact us about your vehicle before arrival.
Can you arrange dinner or George Airport transfers?
Dinner and transfers to and from George Airport are available on request by prior arrangement, at an additional charge and subject to availability. Please request these in advance when you enquire.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi is available throughout the guest house.
Is the guest house wheelchair accessible?
The property is not advertised as wheelchair accessible. Please contact us before booking so that we can discuss the layout and your access requirements.
What are the cancellation and payment terms?
