Website terms and conditions
Last updated
Scope
These terms concern use of the Serenity on Plover website, operated under the client-supplied identity Serenity Guest House on Plover (Pty) Ltd at 6A Plover Road, Heatherlands, George, Western Cape, South Africa. Accommodation reservations are addressed separately in our booking terms and your agreed quotation or reservation confirmation.
Enquiries and availability
Information and photographs introduce the guest house. An enquiry, form completion or opening a communication app does not reserve a suite, confirm a rate or prove message delivery. There is no live availability or payment checkout. The manager must confirm dates, suite, guests, total price, payment arrangements and applicable booking terms.
Lawful use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, submit fraudulent enquiries, distribute malware or misuse another person’s information. Do not send sensitive information through the general enquiry composer.
Content and intellectual property
Website material belongs to its respective owners or licensors. Personal viewing and reasonable personal trip planning are permitted. Further use may require permission, subject to rights and exceptions under applicable law. Open-source components retain their separate licences, as explained on the copyright page.
External information
The visitor guide links to independently operated venues. Their opening times, access, prices and conditions can change. Check the dated official sources and book activities directly with the operator. Links do not create a partnership or include activities in an accommodation booking.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide useful, accurate information and correct errors. Technical availability cannot be guaranteed. Please report a material error to enquiries@serenityguesthouse.co.za. No statement here removes responsibility for misleading representations, gross negligence or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Law and disputes
Applicable South African law governs these website terms. Contact the manager first about a problem; available statutory complaint and court remedies remain available. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits a right, remedy, duty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under applicable South African consumer law.
Revisions
The date on this page identifies the current version. Website changes do not retrospectively change an existing accommodation contract; changes to a booking must be dealt with under its applicable terms and the law.
