This notice concerns messages sent on behalf of Serenity Guest House on Plover (Pty) Ltd at 6A Plover Road, Heatherlands, George, Western Cape, South Africa. Website: https://serenityguesthouse.co.za. It does not make an unsolicited email confidential merely because this notice exists.
Mistaken recipients
If a message was sent to you by mistake, please inform the sender and avoid further use or disclosure of information that is confidential or personal. Delete the mistaken copy where appropriate. Any actual privilege or confidentiality depends on the communication and applicable law.

Email can be intercepted, delayed or altered. Verify unusual requests or changed banking details by calling the known business number +27 63 159 8539. Do not email card details or sensitive identity documents through a general enquiry. No blanket promise that attachments are virus-free is made.
Bookings and authority
A website enquiry or automatically prepared email is not a booking confirmation. An authorised manager may confirm a reservation in writing, including by email. This notice does not invalidate an otherwise binding lawful agreement or automatically override an agreed booking.
