Serenity on Plover’s website and accommodation offer are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook. This statement does not imply that a competition or promotion is currently running.
Activity-specific terms
Any future promotion must publish its own dates, eligibility, entry method, prize, privacy arrangements and any legally appropriate platform release before entries open. Merely visiting this site, making an enquiry or following our Facebook page does not provide blanket consent to publicity or release a party from liability.
Personal information
The guest house and Facebook may each process information under their own applicable notices. Share booking details privately with the guest house rather than in public comments. Questions about the guest house should go to enquiries@serenityguesthouse.co.za.
Your rights
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits a right, remedy, duty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under applicable South African consumer law.

Our social community
Please keep comments on Serenity on Plover’s Facebook and Instagram pages relevant and respectful. Avoid unlawful, hateful, threatening, fraudulent, defamatory or infringing material.
Protect privacy
Do not post another person’s contact details, identity information or booking details publicly. Contact the guest house privately about a reservation or complaint. Posting a photograph does not automatically give us permission to use it in advertising.
Moderation
The business may moderate material that breaches reasonable community rules or applicable law. Moderation does not remove statutory rights or prevent a lawful complaint. Views expressed by other users are their own.
Concerns
Contact enquiries@serenityguesthouse.co.za about guest-house content or conduct. Use the platform’s reporting tools for platform safety or account issues.
